Under the patronage of the French Embassy in Cairo, along with Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) and Ministry of Communications & Information Technology (MCIT) have inaugurated a ceremony on the 6th of November 2019 in Smart Village to officially launch of the French-Egyptian Startup Competition.
The competition is aiming to attract early-stage Egyptian
startups that are ambitious enough to compete internationally and lead the
digital transformation initiative in Egypt.
The ceremony is set to start the official launch of the
online applications submissions for startups by the inauguration of the French
Ambassador Mr. Stéphane Romatet, the Minister of Communication & Information
Technology Dr Amr Talaat, and H.E the Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt Mr.
Tarek Amer.
