Job DescriptionResponsible for all processing/digital leads in Middle East & Africa regions.• Review technical offers as per client requirment& provide and negotiate the commercial offer.• Review the contract and SLA document with the customer and with the internal department• Acquiring a new non-banking customer to the bank to issue a new product.• Maintain the relationship with the banking sector/non-banking customer.• Follow up with PMO office status for all projects and products.• Work with the product team to build a new product to cover business needs.• Follow up the operation task within post-production as an escalation point for the bank• Follow up a collection and invoicing and solve any issue with customerjob requirements3 to 4 yearsNot SpecifiedDesired Candidate ProfileBackground in Financial Services, Technology, or related field sales.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills• Goal-oriented, organized team player• In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
